Firmware Upgrade: Panasonic Varicam, Version 5.0

Ver. 5.0 firmware provides another ten enhancements for the Varicam35 and VaricamHS cameras that will increase the performance and flexibility of the already formidable Varicam function set. This firmware update includes CINE Style file naming, LUT & CDL applied to V-Log clips on Mon-Out, CDL grading possible during recording, Mon-out pictures can have markers applied, ability to change the colour of markers, minus gain on VaricamHS, record without audio, new “AVC-Intra422” HD codec, addition of interlace mode (60i/50i) in AVC-Intra100 and the ability to CODEX RAW recorders software via the Varicam.
