The Sony SBAC-T40 SxS Thunderbolt 3 Memory Card Reader & Writer is designed for stable, high-speed 4K video files transfers, desktop browsing, and direct video editing with Mac and Windows. The Sony SBAC-T40 SxS Thunderbolt 3 Memory Card Reader/Writer is compatible with SxS memory cards. It connects directly to your host system using its Thunderbolt 3 port and an included Thunderbolt 3 cable, which also provides bus power, meaning that no additional power supplies or cables are necessary.

SxS PRO X
SxS PRO X accelerates effective transfer speeds compared with SxS PRO+. As an illustration, a 38-minute 4K / 60p video clip stored as a 240GB XAVC-I file can be transferred in around 3.5 minutes, which is approximately three times faster than with SxS PRO+.

Direct Thunderbolt 3 Connectivity
The SBAC-T40 connects directly with a computer using the supplied Thunderbolt 3 cable, which also provides bus power and eliminates the need for an external PSU.
